Sacred Liberation Ceremony Guide

The task of letting go, moving forward, and healing wounds isn’t an easy one.

I speak from experience when I say the process is worth it. Writing letters to help us release past relationships, ideals, and beliefs that no longer serve us can help open up new space and energy to manifest what you are calling in next.

Burning a letter can symbolize releasing emotions, thoughts, or attachments associated with the content of the letter. It represents a conscious act of letting go and surrendering these feelings to a higher power or the universe.

It is also a way to manifest desires or intentions. By writing down your aspirations, goals, or wishes in the letter and then burning it, you symbolically release them into the universe, trusting that they will be fulfilled.

Fire has long been associated with purification rituals in many spiritual traditions. Burning a letter can be seen as a way to cleanse negative energy, past traumas, or any burdensome emotions. It is believed to help release what no longer serves you, creating space for new beginnings and positive energy.

THE RITUAL

  • STEP 1

Write a letter to the previous version or belief of self, a romantic partner, or a relationship that is no longer serving you in which you want to release.

  • STEP 2

Burn it. As it turns to ash, let it all go. Make room for new possibilities. Ask yourself what you want to call in next with this new energy.

  • STEP 3

Plant the ashes into the dirt of a new plant to release the old energy and renew the energy into something new to blossom.

“You've always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it yourself.”
